Why we built it
Personality science has always had a trade-off. Traditional questionnaires (Big Five, NEO PI-R, HEXACO, RIASEC) are validated and reliable, but filling out 240 items is tedious. Free-form self-description is easy and natural, but hard to score against real psychometric frameworks without expert interpretation.
The Sentino Personality Platform is built to remove that trade-off. It uses the same AI/NLP engine behind our enterprise API to read ordinary text — a self-description, a journal entry, an interview transcript, or answers to a short questionnaire — and translate it into structured, validated personality scores. No forced-choice questionnaires required, though you can use them if you prefer.

- Custom inventories — define your own constructs in a simple config format, from attachment styles to more niche traits. If a trait can be described in text, it can be scored.
